    Cargo Kilt

I'd like to hear from anyone who has a Cargo Kilt from Freedom Kilts.I'm looking for a canvas kilt or two for work and it's one I'm giving serious thought to.

SB, I've got the FK Cargo Kilt in the Poly/Cotton khaki, with two slash pockets and two cargo pockets. I am very happy with it. It's really comfortable and very well-made. Also, I've been to Steve's shop and seen things in progress. Have you got any specific questions?

I don't have any specific questions. I'd just like to hear the opinions of anyone that has one. I think every type of kilt has it's own little quirks thats all.

I have 2 and love them. They're the best of the "contemporary casual solid" kilts. When I need to move (I've moved myself, my shop and my friends over 7 times in 2 years), his kilts are up to the challenge. The extra pockets come in handy for little things I forget to pack!

I have a cargo model from Steve (2 side slash, no cargo pockets, poly/cotton). As always I can't say enough about the durability. the side slash pockets are roomy enough for me, though the cargo pockets might be more convenient at times. The only thing about the cargo model is that they are only 2" pleats(reveal). Obviously the narrower (1") pleats of the casual model give more swing and weight, but that goes without saying. All in all, would definitely suggest it for a work kilt.

    Hey SB,

I have a CADPAT camo and a Desert Camo from Steve with side slash pockets, cargo pockets and back pockets. Good stuff.

Have pics in my gallery but they were before my digital camera arrived last fall. Just click on the Freedom Kilt albums.
