    Carrying kilts on a motorcycle

We've discussed wearing a kilt on a bike, but what about carrying them? Most motorcycle luggage is too short to stick a rolled up kilt in. I'm thinking about rolling them, pulling a stocking around each one and then figuring out how to strap them down gently - like a stack of firewood.

After you roll it and put it in the stocking fold it in half should work OK. Or you can get a leather kilt and never have to worry ;) I just got back from Philly, I rolled my kilt and put it in a dry sack then put it in my saddle bag good as new.

I've ordered one of these. you can strap it over your shoulder or onto a sissy bar.

I got it from Kiltstore, which gives a discount through K-Marks if you enter through the banner at the top of the page on the X-Marks site

I ride wearing my kilt. I roll another if I'm going to be a longer stay at my destination. My formal concerns I work out as needed. Generally, I figure everything out at that time as needed.

Now that is a good reason to buy a Leather Kilt.
