Flashes with hose "scroonched down" ?
I can't remember seeing wether P1M and company determined if it's cool to wear flashes if you're wearing your hose all scroonched down (summertime in Cali style)
I may be wearing my XMTS to a "Let's throw a wedding together in 8 days" next saturday, the groom will be kilted, I too ( heavens to Betsy they may put me in it as well ....)
CT - upper respiratory infections suck
Oh and next saturday is Moon Amtrak day in Laguna Niguel

No flashes when hose casually pulled down!
The flashes are decoration that go on the band that keeps your hose up. So, pulling the hose down, there is no need or place for band/flashes...

I agree. Just don't go there! When Sinbad does it, it's because he's wearing his father's flashes and they're not tight enough to hold the hose up. It just looks messy.

Flashes are part of a garter used to hold hose up. Wearing them with hose scrunched down doesn't make any sense and would look pretty silly.
Everything in excess! To enjoy the flavor of life take big bites. Moderation is for monks.

When wearing sandals with a kilt should the Sgian Dubh be worn under flashes or inserted directly into the calf?

I agree with the rest. NO.
