Is this a deal? Or will it be a waste of money and time. It's missing straps and buckles. Ends in 15 mins.

I didn't do it, the shipping was ridiculous. Well, I'll just have to wait for a better deal... or atleast something with my waist size.

Even with the shipping, which isn't all that bad, you'd be looking at under $100 for a woolen kilt. Still a good deal, I'd say.
