Hi New to forum and in need of guidence

Hey all im new to this forum and have recently taken a liking to the idea of having a kilt. i here there comfort is great and i think there look just plain cool. but my problem is i have no idea what kilt maker to get. im going more for a work like kilt. Of course ove heard of Utilikilt and freedom kilt. they both look like something id buy, but this is with no experience at all in the field. ive also had my eye on the builtkilt line and celtic warrior kilts as well. if anyone could either give me the names of more companies or advice i=on the mentioned companies i would be thankful.

    First, welcome from Oklahoma.

Second, your screen name makes me think you might be (or have been) a Navy or Coast Guard yeoman?

Third, I would direct you to the kilt makers at the top banner and/or along the side. Visit their sites and give them a call to discuss your wishes and desires for the kilt.

Best of luck! Be sure to let us know what you decide.

    If I may suggest.

Go to the dedicated section of the kiltmakers you are looking at on this forum.
Ask specific questions of each. You will get replies from the owners/kiltmakers themselves.

This forum is a wealth of knowledge and our kiltmakers are more than happy to answer questions and give of their time to those looking for a kilt.

And in my case you may get far more information than you really wanted.

The Wizard of B.C. who responded to your post is the owner of this forum as well as the owner and Kilt maker of Freedom kilts. You can go to his website by clicking on the sponsor's box at the top. You can also PM him with questions about shipping. You can't go wrong by purchasing a kilt from him. He makes a great, made to fit kilt and, his customer service is great.
