    kilt jacket

Hi everyone. I have another stupid question. When wearing a kilt jacket (P.C. or Argyle) are you supposed to leave it un-buttoned?

    Thanks,
    Keith

    Yep, "un" indeed.

    PC, absolutely unbuttoned.

Argyle, mostly. Usually. But we won't throw you out if you button it once in a while.

The jacket is left unbuttoned and may in fact not feel right done up. If you have a waistcoat, that is done up.
