    Kilts Worn at Long Length

Here are pics of my new kilt in another thread. Does it strike you as too short, or just right? (I prefer the top of the knee, so that the back hem doesn't hit my calf when I walk.):

    looks good to me.

as long as it strikes YOU right that's all that really matter.

but objectively, no mid-calf or mid-thigh length kilts please!

I'm a "top-of-the-knee" man, myself, and this looks like exactly where I would want the length to be.

The length looks just right. That is where I wear mine.

Looks fine. I might wear mine just a bit higher, or a bit lower, depending on which kilt it is, what the weather is like, etc. For example, I wear my 13 oz. Black Watch a good 1 1/2 inches higher than I wear my 22 oz. Black Watch. One is a shorter, lighter summer kilt, the other is a longer, heavier winter kilt.
The length of that kilt looks just fine.
