Looking for a Kilt Tailor in South Australia

I've been given a second kilt. I was my uncle's (sadly, no longer needed), but he was quite a bit bigger than me around the middle.

I have no idea how to adjust it and the regular seamstress I took it to had no idea either. So, I am looking for a kilt tailor here in Adelaide, South Australia. Does anyone know of one. I also travel to Melbourne about once a month and Sydney three or four times a year so someone there would be OK too if there is nobody local who knows what they are doing.
