    MacPherson Kilt

    Hi,

This is my first post. I purchased an econ black watch kilt. Didn't like it so I bought some wool plaid material and made a "practice kilt". I then purchased 5 yds of MacPherson tartan fabric. I want to make a kilt pleated to the sett. Does anyone have any pictures of the pleated section of a MacPherson kilt?

    Thanks.

The best thing to do is order The Art of Kiltmaking from the Celtic Croft. For five yards of material you might check out the x-kilt directions for a box pleated kilt. You can find it in the DIY forum. If you have any more questions, ask away, thats why we are hear. That and a haiku every now and again
