    Red face Me "Boyo's"

    Ok you hikers out there.

Yesterday I walked what is called "Holtefjellmarchen" here in Norway it's 10,5 km's of quite tough trail with a steep gradient. It is very boggy in places and very slippery .
I doned my Bear kilt and set off with the family and my mate Sten Rune in tow. Sten Rune was also kilted.
After a day of this my neather reagions were how should I put it in need of some care and attention. A cool shower and lots of cream were applied and both patients are doing fine

Does this go away ie does the body get used to it, or do we just use loads of cream like when cycling long distances. Should I go non-regi while hiking?
    All the Best.....David.

This is exactly what Bodyglide excells at; preventing chafing.
Thanks again to Andrew Breecher for bringing Bodyglide into our lives.

I don't have problems in cool temperature, but as soon as it gets hot out the boyos need Body Glide. I knew of someone who swore by Gold Bond powder (he called it "powdering his donuts") but since Gold Bond produces calluses I opted to not try that. I have had no problems at all since using Body Glide.

    Another vote for BodyGlide.

As a fat man with a lifelong chafing problem, I can honestly say that BodyGlide is the very best solution for chafed thighs I've ever found. If it will prevent chafing while I work 12 hour days, in an un-air-conditioned warehouse while temperatures pass the 100 degre F mark and humidity is above 90%, it will work anywhere and for anyone.

BodyGlide, don't leave home without it. For that matter, wear it around the house even if you wear nothing else!

BTW, I'll wager our friendly neighborhood Naturist will endorse wearing BodyGlide even when nothing else is worn.

    chafing

Monistat makes a great anti chafing powder/cream product. I have used it and it works great! Readily available in your local pharmacy. Usually right next to their other products. Ask if you are not to embarrassed.
