    More questions regarding Sinclair tartans

Which one of the two Sinclair tartan sets is considered to be the oldest and most historically correct?

Is the Caithness tartan a popular set or is it just a local curiosity being that its only available from Mcallans in Wick and Thurso?

There was a time when some folk couldn't do without having some dry seaweed burning to keep the fire going.

I think they are both "historically correct".
