How could it?...wool's soft and oily...they use wool saddleblankets for horses to keep the saddle from chafing the horse...

Hi Jordan,

The rules are the same in the RAF, as the Canadian Forces, as a cadet you can wear the RAF tartan. The Black Watch is another excellent choice!
