I'm not sure about Illinois but here's a few online rentals places.

    http://kiltrental.com/

I've never dealt with them, I located them while searching for exhire kilts to buy.

I think the Scottish Tartans Museum in NC rents kilts as well.

    Good luck.

Google is your friend...maybe. A place called Dickison's Celticimports is listed in Rock Falls, Illinois, but the website won't come up for me

Dickison's Celtic Imports 28200 Logan Drive Rock Falls IL

If you're renting "long distance" Celtic Croft, who advertises here, may do rentals, at least saw that they did on a highland games FAQ site.

    Good luck,

You can also try www.scottishlion.com, I think they have children's outfits.

Don't know if they've got children's stuff, but I can second the recommendation for kiltrental.com. Great service, great stuff!

    I give scotyard.com 5 stars.

We've used them twice, and they have come through some difficult deliveries (our fault) each time.

Also, at our son's recent wedding, several of the guests rented from them, full outfits, and not a single problem. The highest quality.

I'm impressed to say the least.

You can't go wrong with scotyard.com.

If he's 2, why rent anything else?

Black shoes, white kneesocks, wee white shirt, kid's elastic bow tie. Top it off with a little vest.

Looks great and no washing worries!
