Orange tartans

The University of Tennessee has an orange tartan. They are known as the "orange crush!"

Piper George wears a Dutch MacKay kilt...made by Yours Truly. It's quite orange!

Man, Robin, that Dutch Friendship tartan is sharp! That may really have to move up my list. It also, as you demonstrate, looks great as a sofa upholstery too...although wool might be a bit steep in cost for that use.

Just out of curiosity did Queen Beatrix, Parliament or anybody official commission or accept that tartan, or is there another official Dutch tartan?
