    I can't remember where I saw it, but there is a IWB holster made specifically for kilts. If I can track down the link, I'll let you know. Just out of curiosity, what's the specific make and model that you're you carrying? I might be able to recommend a few things (and if this violates the forum rules, just send me a PM instead.) The kilt (with a belt) shouldn't have any problems supporting the weight, but the bigger issue is how much adjustment you have on the kilt (ie, how many notches are left on the buckles, etc.)
