Penny's of Thunder Bay??

Greetings,

Anyone done business with this outfit? I have been seeking a seemingly simple quote, and have waited for WEEKS without a reply or answers to my patient e-mails. I am seeking custom clan badges, if someone can suggest an alternative.

I have dealt with Mr. Penny on a few occasions. It took a few e-mails to get a response, and a little long to receive my goods, but it was good stuff for the price.

The owner/operator of Penny's is a real gent. He ditched his business partner several years ago because he was a scumbag. So, if anyone had any past experience with Penny's that wasn't first rate, that is all in the past now. Penny's is excellent.

I've not actually done business with them but have exchanged emails a few times and they were very helpful and friendly. My impression was they are great to deal with but at times emails can slip through the cracks so phoning or being persistent and patient on emailing would be necessary.

Thank you for the replies. I have STILL Not received any replies to ANY of my recent enquiries. Penny's has been a big disappointment AND a waste of time! There must be dealers interested in doing business, as it seems this outfit is not! Learn from me and take your business elsewhere.
