Positioning of flashings
I have read the postings on various Internet sites on the wearing of flashes. It all falls into the realm of personal preference, but what your preferred way to wear your flashes:
A: 12 o'clock
B: 3 o'clock
C: No Flashes
D: Other

If forward is 12 o'clock, I wear mine at 10 or 11 o'clock.

I wouldn't wear them forward, but slightly forward of the side. Is that 10:00 and 2:00?

I usually align them just to the outside of my shin bone. They pretty much fill the space between 1 and 3 O'clock on the right and symmetrically on the left.

I usually go with no visible garter ends, or if the ends of my garters are showing, I have the rear garter centered on the outside of my calf.

I usually wear my garter ties with the forward edges at 11 & 1 o'clock.

D.
I wear ribbon flashes, and put them on so that the leading edge of the ribbon is just outside of my shin bone. That puts the trailing edge just forward of the mid-line of my calf, from the side. The middle of each flash is then roughly 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock.
