I think what it's saying is that 100% of those who voted prefer a traditional and so on. Each line is treated independent percentage wise. The sum of all of the percentages will exceed 100%.

    Bwaaahaa.

Or is it like measuring proof in alcohol. What is 100% in most things is 200% in kilts

it's based on the the whiskey % system. 100% content = 200% proof.

I think it's because there are multiple choices permitted.
I'm believing there is an algebraic equation for balancing the votes cast. I don't know that equation.
Maybe it will mystically appear at some point?
    I just found the solution!
It's in the circle of fifths. For you you less musically inclined this is only a joke. For all you figured bass theorists out here, it's the same joke as for the non musical group!
The circle of fifths. A percentage of blends and straight distillments until you reach proof of 100%. Put in three ice cubes, spin slowly.
In the morning when you awaken the poll will be normal again. You'll still need another go around at the solution above!
I voted the top three for what I have on the hangers in my closet, because I prefer more clothing to pick amongst when dressing.
