    Question Shirts & Argyll Jackets

I'm interested in what kind of shirts people wear with traditionally styled black Argyll jackets, like this one here:

I've seen pictures of people wearing plain white shirts with straight solid colored ties, and tuxedo shirts with bow ties. Both look good to me.

Is there any more casual tie-less option with this particular style of jacket?

    Best regards,

    Jake

I have worn my Argyll with a white turtle neck to a luncheon at Eilean Donan Castle. Didn't have a shirt and tie with me at the time!

Found the picture of me with turtle neck and argyll. My other half Jude is on the left, and Marigold MacRae - President of Clan MacRae Society of the UK on the right. Turtle neck is a knitted cotton, much lighter than the What Price Glory sweater.

It''l be a shame that it will be ripped open to apply the defib paddles after you view your Visa statement!
I didn't notice the price only the style. Sorry for the shock.
