    SOBHD Kilt Requirements

    My wife has asked to to try and make a kilt for our daughter. It doens't have to be fancy, but she may compete in it next year.

    Are there any mandatory requirements for the kilt from the SOBHD? (Scotich official Board of Highland Dance)

    ie, minimum number of pleats, restrictions on colour, restrictions on style?
