Sport Kilt’s standard length is 22.5” but I think that they are intended to be worn lower at the waist.
Amerikilt’s are also intended to be worn at the trouser waist and they have a standard length choice of 20”, 22” or 24”.
Celtic Croft’s Economy Kilts are made to measure (to the inch).
My height is 6’ and length 24" is good for me, but in the summer I prefer a length less than that so that the kilt rests at the very top of my knees.

I am 6'1", and find that with the SWK 24", I have to push them down a little to make the top of my knee. Custom kilts are mostly 26" to 27". (I have a real long torso and short legs.)
