Henderson's Imports, Ltd. - http://www.bagpipes-henderson.com/ and J. Higgins, Ltd. - http://www.jhiggins.net/ are two that I use and would highly recommend. I am associated with neither. There are many piping eStores that are regarded highly in the forums on bobdunsire.com, some run by their moderators and worth checking out. Higgins has more of a selection of doublets and military-style uniforms. Hope this helps.
