Greetings,

Does anyone know who makes or sells a proper eighteenth century style Highland bonnet? Kirstie Buckland (Quality Caps) is the best that I know of. Any other opinions on the subject are most welcome?

I think this thread may prove to have some interesting links. Thank you kindly guys for the ones provided. It is hard to tell by the pics at the Tartan Museum if their bonnets are accurate, but they look pretty nice.

Kirstie knits a fine bonnet. But, there's another lady in the UK who knits them just as nice, and beats Kirstie's prices. She knits `em for members of my 1745 reenactment group, in either indigo or woad blue. Send me a PM for her contact info if interested....
