    Puffer"s new wpg kilt

I just got a new Kilt from WPG. All I can say is WOW
It is the GORDON ( knife pleat to the pleat)

    Here is why:

    1. SERVICE = FANTASTIC !!!
    A. Communication was above excellent. Jerry not only answered my "many"(including sizing) FAST, but courteously.
    B. SHIPPING = EXCELLENT !!
    1. Fast
    2. VERY well packaged
    2. QUALITY = GREAT !! ( see "D" for the only "negative",IMHO)
    A. 22 oz Wool (high quality)
    B. Pleats are STRAIGHT & Sharp. Sewn down to the bottom of the "posterior" (Mine)
    C. STITCHING = IMHO (& unproffesional) very good (machine stitched)
    D. BUCKLES = IMHO, this the ONLY item that I feel could be improved.
    1. Straps are 1" but fairly light weight.
    2. Buckles are SMALL & hard to fasten.
At some time I will be replacing the above.
    E. FIT = This kilt fits me as well as my CUSTOM Kilts. EXCELLENT !!!!
    F. $$$$ = FANTASTIC !!! ( on sale for for $195.00 )

OVERALL = IMHO, If you do not have one of these , GET ONE !!!!

I just bought a WPG MacKenzie on Ebay - the guy had had it altered by a kiltmaker and had better straps added - I can't wait to see it.

I have the WPG Gordon also-its quickly becoming one of my favorite kilts. I removed the bottom strap and its hangs much better than before. Must be something about all that 22oz. clothe!
    Hope you wear it well.

    Oh, that is nice!

Great tartan. but then, I am biased that way. It'll keep you warm this winter.
