Re: Surprise !
Robert,
You continually amaze me with your style. I couldn't pull off your looks if I was paid to try them. You are the Huggy Bear of France.
You define something I've said for nearly 30 years... "Fashion goes in and out of style... Style never goes out of fashion".

Re: Surprise !
I would dearly like to see how the garters are made (how long, how wide) and tied.

Simple strips of tartan 60" long, about an inch wide, tied in a simple bow !
wrapped around the leg in this fashion :

Re: Surprise !
I never look in here, so I've missed this until now.
THAT is something else. I am impressed and more than impressed. I could not and would not wear it, but I have to say that you look absolutely phenomenal.

Re: Surprise !
Real works of art -- both the outfit and the photographs. I can easily imagine the last picture enlarged like an 18th century painting and hanging over a fireplace or other place of honor. Outstandingly talented people you are -- what a fantastic seamstress your wife, what a great model you. Fantastiques!

Re: Surprise !
O Wow!
This is the first time I've seen this as well.
The creativety in the design is truly, truly breathtaking.
As for the model: If I had viewed the outfit on a mannequin I would have thought it to be slightly effete, however, on the model in question it's a really nice combination of masculinity and elegence.
