I have a white fur dress sporran myself. I rarely wear it because I rarely have reason to dress that well, but it looks pretty sharp with the black tassels and a PC or doublet. Here's an old photo of me in the PC with white fur sporran. It's not a great picture; it was an on-the-fly shot at a Burns Supper.

I have a white sporran. Real ermine fur, sterling silver cantle, and the tassels are the tails of the wee creatures. I rarely wear it, because it is so delicate, but save it for really special occasions.
