Is this a problem with the forums?

I have screenshots of what appears to be a problem with the forums (see the red arrows in the pics):

Maybe Panache made a double post and subsequently deleted the one.

The first image is the result of a post search, hence you are seeing multiple posts from one thread that match your search terms.

On the second image, I have no explanation. It would have been interesting to have seen the time the screenshot was taken, to see how long it had been since Big Mikey's post had been submitted. There are things like thread views and attachment views that are not updated immediately, as the forum is large enough I prefer not to use the processing time to run these updates on the fly. It's only a guess, but I suspect you were viewing this page before the cron to run the updates had executed.

It was a double post, I simply deleted the second one.

ardchoille sent me a PM about it asking what was going on and I thought he was referring to the symbols next to threads. I didn't realize he was asking about the threads themselves.

We Mods often simply remove an obvious duplicate with little fanfare.
