    Belt Buckle

    They don't appear to have one that will fit a kilt belt - but this should be just the thing to "dress up" that boring old kilt: a pulsating plasma buckle.

    Since they can be set to pulsate with sounds, I think these would be just the thing for pipe bands.

    Looks like they make a "clip-on" version that could be attached to...er, anything. Including a kilt belt buckle.

    IMHO. It looks outwardly gaudy and it protrudes from the front. More like a costume accessory and not something I'd want associated with kilt wear.
