Blackbeard Creations
I searched the forums and can find no mention of this beltmaker. I was wondering if anyone has any of his belts. He advertises them as belts for UKs, though I think they are more of a casual universal kilt belt.
I placed an order for one on the 5th of July. They are custom so of course I expected to wait weeks at a minimum. He just emailed me saying that it would ship today or tomorrow.
I will post back once it arrives with thoughts and impressions. For the record I ordered a Brown with Lindsfarne Spiral Conchos and the Kell1 Buckle.

If anyone has any experience with his work, I would love to hear about it.

They look very nice. More flashy than I would prefer but even without the conchos they would still look very sharp. Would be interesting to see if he can allow for your own buckle to be used.

I've heard good things about the craftsman on the Utilikilt Forum. I've been thinking of getting one myself, but they are a bit much for my style.

I've got two of his belts, and love them. The craftsmanship if superb, the leather top quality, and the buttons are good quality.
One word of warning, put a dab of clear nail polish on the threads of the chicago screws or you might lose the buttons. Nail polish will hold the threads tight, but will break easily enough if you deliberately try to turn them.
.. the kilt had concealed a blaster strapped to one thigh and a knife to the other. He was aware of the present gentle customs against personal weapons, but he felt naked without them. Such customs were nonsense anyhow, foolishment from old women - there was no such thing as "dangerous weapons," only dangerous people.
