    British Shop

Has anyone bought any items from the British Shop? They have some really interesting sporrans and sporran belts but are the fancier sporran belts hard on the wool or fabric of the kilt?

I was in there once, about a year ago. I was only after hose and flashes, so that's all I really looked at, closely. I took a quick look around the shop. They had a lot of nice stuff.

I'm sure you can buy with confidence from them.

I bought some jacket buttons from the British Shop. No problems and prompt delivery.

Some of the sporrans are interesting looking, but I think they are also very overpriced.

Yes, metal sporran belts are harder on the fabric of a kilt than an all-leather sporran belt. Metal is ok for infrequent formal and semi-formal wear, but not for every day wear.
