Burgandy Kilt Hose - A Lucky Find

Went looking for oatmeal and gray kilt hose at the Flagstaff Highland Games. Didn't find any, but did snap up two pair of Burgandy kilt hose by P&J Haggart Ltd. at the Celtic Craft Centre booth.

Went to their website http://www.celticcraftcentre.com/ and there's a message from October 2005 that says the site is being reconstructed...long project eh?

So I went to P & J Haggart Ltd's website http://www.haggarts.com/ and the message there says their online site is also under reconstruction and what's there is from 2005.

Coincidence? Same outfit? No clue. but did get some burgandy kilt hose and I'm pleased. Maybe there's hope that the sites will be updated sometime and others can order online.

Only other burgandy/maroon kilt hose I've found were soccer sox type.

I've got an 8-yarder in Weathered Lochaber from the Celtic Craft Centre. Delivery time was about 8 weeks, and it fits absolutely perfectly. It's currently the best kilt I've got.

Mine is also an 8 yard 16 oz from CCC. Very well made, and delivered ahead of schedule.
