Hey, that's not me! We have one cat, but I don't think he'll put up with that!

I say awwwww too! I expect the cat wasn't especially pleased with being painted, but then, the kitty might be one of those special ones that, somehow, don't really mind, just as long as you are focusing your attention on him.
    Cute pic!

That's hilarious! If I tried to fight one of my cats into one of those, I would lose most of my arm.

If I tried to paint MYcat... well, lets just not go there... It wouldn't be pretty.

BTW, googling "painted cats" turns up some very interesting results.

If I brought up the idea of one of those sweaters to our cat, I would be summarily dismissed with a flip of her tail.

Personally I would not subject my 16 year old cat to that. However it remindes me of the time some 50+ years back when a taffy coloured spaniel wandered into the Scenery shop at the university l was attending, wandered around a bit then curled up and went to sleep. I would liked to have witnessed the owner's reaction to having her dog painted to look like a bengal tiger!

My cats vote no on Proposition Paint.

that may be the truest animal statement of all time.

If I tried that with any of my 6, they would all gang up on me. It's just a good thing that they dont have opposable thumbs or I'd really be in trouble!
