    Does this match??

Forget about the hat, my hairs a mess, and it looked better than Mossy Oak..

OK, do the hose match the kilt and shirt? yes or no? I also have muted green shirt I can wear, this is for my Tartan Day ensemble, gonna wear it to work
BTW The hose are the one I just dyed, better pics are found Here

Ya can't go wrong with grey. I'd go with the blue shirt...but then I went through eight years of grammar school wearing a blue shirt and navy necktie, so I'm always a bit partial to blue shirts.

I keep forgetting that Tartan Day is getting so close...

Kilt on, dude! Have a good time wearing the ensemble to work...be prepared for envious coworkers who show up in p@nts and wish they had worn a kilt!

It does match, sort of, so to be more traditional you should change to a shirt and hose which match neither the kilt nor each other!

I think you look fine and I'll add to that - don't be too obsessed with the notion of "matching" when pulling a few items together to wear. My experience and the words of many gents smarter and more experienced than me has been that those that have grown up in and around kilts are far less obsessed with "matching" items and seem to pull off many handsome looks with what I'll call casual indifference to style.

I agree matching is way over rated.

Your choices look fine. I would only make a small suggestion...you may want to push the sgian dubh a little further into your hose to avoid losing it. I know the urge is there to display the crest on the handle, but unless the flashes are tight enough, or you don't plan on doing anything physical, the whole thing may go flying.

It seems silly to me that so many manufacturers place a decoration on the handle knowing it will not be seen by very many. Maybe someone else here has a theory?
