    ECW changes

    Hello all,

After letting Hank know what we're doing at ECW, I need to tell you all that I will no longer be an XMTS vendor.

We're trimming our sails here in the shop. I feel it's time to return some of my attention to my original inspiration, making clothing for people with disabilities under our parent brand of Vulpine. I've had a spate of older customers returning old Vulpine products because they need new sizes, or calling to outfit other family members. I feel that I owe a debt to this under-served niche in society, so I'll help where I can.

I bought ECW a few seasons ago, and it has matured into a nice company. Beth and I look forward to growing this line of natural fiber clothing. We really believe in the steady performance our gear provides. Thank you to all our new customers. We look forward to helping you outside the forum.

I've had a wonderful time showcasing my craftsmanship, perhaps too much fun when you review the number of personal projects this forum has inspired. That won't change in the least. What you see from here on out will be in accordance with the advertising rules...heck, I'd go nuts trying to reproduce some of the things I've shown. Thank you all for seeding an awesome hobby.

The Scottish Tartans Museum will be our dealer on this board. Take it away Matt!

    Cheers,

    Kevin.

Although I am sorry to see you go, I can understand following ones passion. Peace be with you!

That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

And if anyone is interested in seeing one of ECW's fine products that the STM will now be selling exclusively (inspired by one of Kevin's "personal projects" I might add), see my recent photo additions on this thread.

    Kevin,

Glad to know that ECW will still be around, just not a direct dealer any more. Kudos to Matt for knowing good quality merchandise when he sees it.

I look forward to future amazing contributions to the DIY forum.

    Best Regards

    Jamie
