Phew! I just received an e-mail today from the Viking Technology folks - I guess they're the parent of ScottishKilts.net? The two pair of shoes I ordered back in February are en route via Parcelforce.

The ghillies weren't the problem. The patent leather buckle brogues were! Apparently, their manufacturer quit making that model, and they had to scramble to find another shoemaker.

Wow, maybe I'll have 'em in time for the Glasgow KY Games on June 2-3!
