Great new idea for hose ties - puffer

I just received a GREAT set of HOSE TIES from a Master Craftsman. This Man is Highly respected for his INKLE woven CREATIONS. He recently became KILTED.During a recent conversation, he offered to make me a set of Hose Ties. ( These as far as I know, are not offered by others )

    REVIEW

    I. General
    A. They are Inkle Woven ( hand crafted )
    B. They are 1" wide
    C. The patterns available are ENDLESS
    D. IMHO, they give us a FANTASTIC Choice of LOOKS ( formal to casual )

    II. WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY
    A. As I mentioned, he considered, by many, one of the best in his trade.
    B. Unlike many "Inkle Weavers", his items are very tightly woven & strong.
    C. His patterns are VERY consistent &uniform.
    D. The materials he uses, are the Best.

    III. CUSTOM MEANS CUSTOM

NOTE - At this time, he is ONLY servicing USA customers ( But he is working on expanding to provide service Internationally)

PICTURES - ( NOTE - These pictures were taken to show what the ties look like with various colored & styles of hose. I am showing "more" of the Tie, than I would do in actual wear )

Wow, those are fantastic! I may just have to order some myself.

Puffer, your sense of style never ceases to amaze me! You're always looking sharp and continually finding new crafts people to help you do so. Thanks for the review.

They look good Puffer, glad you put that out there, I am wanting to get an old style Mohawk clothing together (1750ish) and that would fit the bill for some of what I am looking for.

lovely braids, the only thing is that it would be a shame to cover them up, under the hose cuff.

Thanks for posting the information. I like the multi color hose ties. This will go on my highland attire "want list."

Outstanding! And I really liked his website- neat, clean, and clear.
He makes items, all handwrought; Combinations of metal, stone, and thought; Symbols and history that certainly ought; Be worn by any well-dressed Scot. Carol, 2009
