    Talking Happy Happy Joy Joy

My new sporran strap and sporran hangers from Oconee shipped today!!

I placed the order a couple of weeks ago and Steve said it may be 4 or 5 weeks before they were ready. He's such a tease!

I'll get some pics and a review when they arrive.

His work is great. I personally don't like sporran hangers but I hope you enjoy them.

I've never used the hangers, but there have been times I thought they would have come in handy so I figured "What the heck" I'll try them out.

Oh yeah, if they don't work out for me, I can use them to hang other stuff off of my belt. Kind of like a kilted Batman with my Oconee utility belt.

I've seen tenor drummers walking around with their mallets attached to their belts...great idea!

Sporran hangers are good for the more cuddliest of us.

I have one of Steve's belts with sporran hangers, it's become my most used combination.

I like the idea of the hangers because then I don't have a buckle behind me snagging on the seat when I'm getting in and out of the car. And it will keep the sporran from hanging too low, which sometimes happens with my current chain.

On my old sporran I used a regular belt as my strap but when I got the Thorfinn I thought I might as well get some nice looking accessories to go along with it.

I got my new belt and hangers from Steve today. They look great, the leather is high quality, the workmanship is the best and the clips are very heavy duty. I'll try to get some pictures soon if anyone's interested.
