Interesting jacket option

Found this jacket at L.L.Bean, and was wondering about wearing a long jacket with the kilt any thought about this?

Works for me although the length may not allow much kilt to show.

A duffel coat is an excellent choice for wear with a kilt, especially in colder climes. (Don't think I'd go for the tartan one, thought.)

If I had one made in my clan or state tartan, I'd wear it all the time.

This one at L.L.bean is at least black watch, which could make it versatile for this owning a bw kilt.
