    Jas Townsend hand woven garters

    Anyone have a pair?

I just ordered a set with the primary color being grey and the secondary being dark blue. I figure these will go well with just about every kilt I own.

So of those of you who have these... how are they? I'm really looking forward to getting them.

I do not own any, BUT I have friends who do & they LIKE them. You will enjoy them.

Hope they work out well for you, Hawk.

Thankyou, I had forgotten all about that supplier. Good tid bits for reenacting. I have sent for a catalog.

    Regards,
You're welcome! That was why I found them in the first place- I bought a Highland bonnet from them.

Well, Hawk, you'll have to let us know how they are when you get them.

They do have all kinds of stuff there at their site for reenactment etc.

I got them today! They're nice. They're 3 feet long- barely big enough for my calves- and they feel really sturdy. I'll post pics as soon as my camera batteries are recharged.

I was just wondering if you had gotten them yet. Glad to hear they are good, Nighthawk.
