I have one in the celtic knot designs and it's a nice piece. No heirloom, mind you, but attractive and keeps good time. I'm happy with it. Different vendor, tough. No experience with this source. I believe they are from the Sgian Dubh Company.

I will have to show this to the rogue. He loves watches, especially pocket watches. He just hasn't found one that is calling him yet.

Great looking watches. I am just in the market for a nice silver pocket watch, my gold pocket watch is a bit dressy to wear all the time.
And I really like those two-tone ones. Now to decide - celtic knot or thistle?
Ah, the agony of choice ;)

Very nice selection. Seems like most of the younger generations have altogether given up wearing a wrist watch and tell the time from their cell phone. You a turning back the clock, no pun intended, a little more!

Lovely pocket watches, I also use my cell phone out of laziness but these are beautiful.

Thumbs up Watch has Arrived

Greetings All,
Sorry I'm a bit late with this posting. The watch arrived last week on Wed. all packaged in a nice little box. I had chosen one of the clip on style called the Journeyman and I selected the Celtic Never Ending Knot pattern. The watch was well packaged in bubble wrap and the stem was pulled to stop the movement, I set the time and pushed the stem in and it started right up. The watch itself is marked A E Williams on the face and is easy to read. The magnetic button is strong enough to keep the face closed against the leather backing and takes a little effort to open it up. The trigger clip is strong and well made and has a strong spring in it.

In the shipping bag was the receipt as well as a short note thanking me for my purchase and giving me the phone number and web site address for the Celtic Shop and telling me that I can shop on line anytime and that my pruchase would be dispatched the next day except for Fridays, when it would go out that following Monday.

I'm quite pleased with this item and it blends in very nicely with my black kilt belt and silver hardware on my sporran hangers that I made for myself. I'll have to make a matching strap hanger for the watch to hang from by itself so that it can be seen.

Cheers,

Brian

Thank you for the review. It sounds like a great product and a good place to take business.
