I just got back from ten days in Scotland and I used my Kilt Kaddie from the Scottish Lion. I was able to pack my entire band uniform in it which inlcudes a horsa hair sporran. I found it to very convenient and it kept my kilt looking clean a crisp. It is a little pricey but if you travel alot I think it is worth it.

Even so, those bags look pretty substantial for the dollars. I suppose one might also consider one of those big sports bags for hockey equipment etc. they could work as well if you've got a lot of stuff.
