    Kilt Hose

    OK guys,

Where do you find kilt hose? I know this is probably a really simple answer, but I am at a loss. I just want plain black hose, is there a good place to order/find them? Or (since I am a broke college student) is there a decent substitute that I can find somewhere that is remarkably cheap?

One more point, just my opinion but at least give some thought to choosing a different color other than straight black or plain white. Lots of great choices out there and most will look sharper with a kilt than plain black or white. Just my opinion and of course you are free to do as you please, it is your dollars after all.

I'll point out that we have a huge selection of kilt hose -- over 80 different options when you add up all the color and style choices, and that doesn't even count all the custom options.

USA Kilts has them for just $15.99. I just bought a Navy Blue pair with which I am very happy.
Look at the "Under $25" tab

I just ordered my first pair from joanieraisin on ebay. I have also heard a number of good things abour wbsocks ebay store. They are not the greatest in the world or anything but the look decent and cost little.

My most recent pairs came from Dunnad trading Co. I am very happy with them. As for color my favorite pair is currently my plain black one, which I got comfortable with when trying to make a semi uniform appearance a few years ago. Due to a number of holes they finally needed to be replaced, and I selected a set from Dunnad that had a much less plain cuff. I like the color but wanted something that looked a little nicer. In the same order I also got my first argyle top pair, so I am venturing out of the box slowly but surely.
