    Kilt Passport

Hopefully I will be paying for my Xmarks kilt to be made shortly and I am wondering if anyone knows of a place to buy just the kilt passport, I really like the idea of keeping track of things I do in my kilt, and since this one will be as close as I get to a traditional eight yard kilt, I would like to keep track of things I do with it, who wove the cloth, who made the kilt, etc. If someone knows of a place please let me know.

    Thanks.

PossingK, not sure who is making your kilt, but I believe that Matt includes a kilt passport with the kilts he makes. Not sure about others.

Yeah, but I have emailed them 3-4 times regarding this and have never gotten a response. Matt said he had a few, so maybe ask him.

Whenever I have ordered mine from Brian, I've gotten them rather quickly. I don't mind selling just the passports, if anyone is interested. They would be $5.00, plus let's say $1.00 for postage if it is domestic in the US.

    Just email me if interested.

Like Matt, I have had no problem obtaining the Kilt Passports from Brian at The Scottish Tartans Authority - next day delivery in fact. Maybe that's because I am also in the UK.

Looking at the STA website, it appears that the Passports are currently available only to members of the Authority, but they are expected to be available through the on-line shop soon.

I'm a member but can't login to the shop, didn't receive my membership "welcome package" and they don't reply my emails...I gave up.

I'm not a happy STA member
