Been wanting one of these for a long time. An American-style kilt jacket without the fancy cuffs or shoulders. In leather.

Well done, Mate! Did your tailor use a given pattern, did he copy one of your existing kily jackets, or - rarest of beasts - does he actually understand what a kilt jacket is supposed to look like? Good on ya!

It is a Colquhoun tartan, handmade by Penrose in the UK, it's one of my favorites!

It's a very handsome tartan. That is for sure. You've given me inspiration. I have an old lightweight Italian leather jacket I purchased overseas a few years ago. It's got a good sized tear in the back (I wear it anyway) but it's down low. I think it might make a GREAT kilt jacket after seeing this. THANKS!
