New Sporran

I just recieved an email from David at Freelander Sporrans that my new sporran was finished and ready to be dropped in the mail. I cannot state enough how easy and friendly all the communications were during the ordering process. I placed the order on the 1st of Feb and just this morning received David's email saying they had some extra free time and was able to complete my order sooner than scheduled, the original quote was for two weeks. In my book two weeks is still a great amount of time for the custom piece. But to have it completed a week early is just wonderful. Now the hard part comes waiting on the package. I seem to be able not to think about orders if they are being processed or made, but the second i get that shipping notice the jonesing goes into overdrive... Here is the pic David sent me of my new lovely

I will be sure to post more once I have it in my hands.

Beautiful. Congratulations. If you don't mind my asking, do you know where that closure came from?

Thanks Panache, i just cruised myself over to the group and accepted the invite... question to the fellow owners, about how long does it take the little beauties to travel across the big pond?

It's always nice to see a new member of Clan Freelander. I've been wearing Highland attire since I was 18, and I can say with all honesty that David & Sten make one of the best day sporrans around, and certainly the best on Xmarks.

Its been a few years since I acquired my two Freelanders but as I recall the shipping time by post office was just a few days - remarkably fast...and you're much closer to Norway.

You should have yours much sooner than you're guessing.
