    Oatmeal Hose

Used to buy 'oatmeal' colored hose from North of St Andrews but they've reduced their selection to two colors.

Anyone have a favorite kilt sock source?

Two colors? Egads! What kind of choice does that offer? We've got eight colors, including oatmeal.

Rocky carries some nice hose at USA Kilts. I have a few pair. They're lighter feeling, but comfortable and warm. They look very nice too. They're a wool blend I believe.

I also have several pair from John at A Wee Bit of Scotland. His hose are thicker and heavier and are acrylic and acrylic/wool blend. He sells them on eBay.

Virtually every kiltmaker in Scotland carries hose in Oatmeal, thank Goodness! It is my favourite colour for everyday wear, since it goes with just about any and every tartan and most plain colour kilts too. Just Google for 'Kilt Hose' and you'll soon narrow down the sources.
