    Patterns for PCs or Argylls

I've got two evening dress coats (i.e. tails) that are just soaking up moth balls in the attic. They seem to me to be prime candidates for conversion to Prince Charlie jackets: I couldn't do it myself, but I'm sure one of the local alterations tailors could if he had a pattern. I also have a morning suit coat that could be turned into an Argyll, again I'm sure a local tailor could do it with a pattern.

I think there was a thread about this some time ago, but I can't find it. Anyway, does anyone know of a source for patterns for converting these things into something more immediately useful to me?

Any decent tailor should be able to do the job without a pattern, but they'd need good clear photos of the finished product so they'd know where they are going.

I've got a cashmere suit jacket that would be a great argyle...is there anyone here who would be willing to do the alterations? After a few bad experiences here in towm has soured me on non-kilties doing kilted work.

if there is anyone here that would be willing to do this conversion, please PM me with any details you may need.
