    What is the meaning of "peached?" I see shirts---usually "Jacobite," poet/pirate shirts---advertised as that. Is it that the texture attempts to be soft, like that of peach skin?

    Yes, usually refers to a surface that has a slight fuzzy feel vs. "hard" surfaces such the worsted wool used in a tank.
