Pipers' shawls (Royal Irish Regiment)

Greetings:

I have been doing web search after web search to find an exarmy supplier, or manufacturer of pipers' shawls as worn by the Royal Irish Regiment. If anyone out there can give me contact information to manufacturers of British military band uniforms, or any leads whatsoever, it would be very much appreciated!!!

PS: Talking about the shawl that resembles (kind of) a fly plaid, not the cloak/cape.

OK this may be a bit long but I think it will work for you.
Go to eBay and do a search for the seller named Bugpiper. Then using eBay send him a message about what you are looking for. He is in Ireland and does a lot of stuff exmilitary. If it can be found he will find it. I was searching for a specific item for about two years and then emailed him and I had the item in my hands within a month. Give a try, what have you got to lose?
