Anyone out there have a metal cantle, you know, the half-circlish ones that top dress sporrans?
Could you do me a favor and measure the height, width, and diameter for me?

Sorry, I have to disagree..
That sporran is bloody GORGEOUS! I am not a big fan of the hairy, furry sporrans with the metal cantles, but I have fallen in love with that one. Beautiful and tastefully understated for formal wear. Where did you get it Robin?

Base of the arch - outside to outside = 6-1/8"
Average width of the arch face = 1"
Height of the arch - bottom to crown = 3"
Flange behind the arch = 1/2" all around

No seal...or endangered skins.....
